Any Stretch Limousine
that carries over 12 passengers in the back seating area, and has a gross
vehicle weight of 10,000lbs. Or more is illegal in the State of New Jersey.

vehicles that carry 13 passengers or more must be in a Vehicle that has
Omni Bus Plates, Federal and State Dot Markings on such vehicle.

Luxury Limo Bus’s can carry 13 to 40 Passengers safely, comfortably
and legal.
